The location of the hotel was exceptional, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. One of the standout features was the hotel's buggy service, which made getting to neighboring malls and locations incredibly convenient. Not only did they provide seamless pick-ups and drop-offs, but they also assisted with transporting any shopping or belongings when needed—a thoughtful touch that enhanced the overall experience. Additionally, the spa at Kempinski was outstanding, offering top-tier service, expertly delivered therapies, and a serene ambiance that made for a truly relaxing experience.

I like literally everything. I’ve never been so pleased with a hotel like this one. - Excellent location - Wonderful staff - Beautiful facilities - Great value for money and services They have everything you can ask for. “Spa, Gym , swimming pool, 2 top rated restaurants.. etc” The bed is super comfy. The wifi is fast. The hotel located next to mall “ where you can go to from the hotel bridge to the mall” and the basement floor of the mall had loads of restaurants and cafe shop. I can speak non-stop about this hotel, highly recommended.

⸻ We had an amazing family trip to Bangkok with our two kids, and staying here was definitely the highlight! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 1. Perfect location – The hotel connects directly to Siam Paragon on the 2nd floor, which has everything you could possibly need (including an aquarium and endless food options!). It’s also linked to Central World, Siam Center, and Siam Square. Super convenient! 2. Family-friendly facilities – We forgot to bring our stroller, but the hotel had one ready for us along with a bed guard. It was so thoughtful, although the stroller was a bit hard to use. 3. There are three Pop Mart stores nearby, which made the kids (and us) very happy. 4. Great breakfast – Delicious with plenty of variety, even ice cream in the morning! They changed the hot food section and pastry every day which is so good . Won’t get bored with the same breakfast everyday . 5. Kids Club – So many activities including arts & crafts, PS4/PS5, and dance sessions in the afternoon. Kids over 4 can join without parents, but our younger one (2 years old) needed full-time supervision. Still, it was fantastic for them! 6. Poolside service – The staff by the pool were extremely kind and patient. They helped inflate swimming floats, played with the kids, and even brought drinks, snacks, and cold towels. Really thoughtful and caring. This hotel is a dream for families with children, and we felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Bangkok with kids!

The service was excellent in the restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean. Everybody met us with respect and a smile of their face. The receptionist was very efficient and did the check in very fast. Also the guest service did an excellent job meeting our requests, not to mention the housekeepers, who did a superb job, vleaning our room.

Amazing hotel. When we checked we were given an upgrade by the staf Chananan, who litetally went out of her way and walked us up to the room herself. Location is central with connection to the siam paragon and closeby malls. Food in the hotel is so good breakfast and room service are both very good with variety of options. The room keeping staff are very considerate, when they saw i kept pillows for my kids not to fall off, the next day they plugged bed barriers. Very nice and thoughtful. Will stay there again if i happen to be in Bangkok.

The hotel is lovely - a bunch of rooms arranged around a set of pools in a large courtyard garden. So you can get up in the morning, pop out for a swim, breakfast in the garden and then off into the big smoke. Simply delightful. I will mention also the Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin restaurant which is a must go if you are there. The prices look a little high but you need to consider what it is. Think Heston Blumenthanl's Fat Duch with a Thai twist and you are on the right track. It is a wonderful mix of theatre and superb Thai food. Indeed if you consider just what you are paying per course it actually is very good value. However I warn you there is a lot of food. Even if each course is small, by the time you have gotten through ten of them it is a lot! So definitely skip lunch. And it takes time to get through that many courses so start early - 7:30 at the latest.

I had an exceptional stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment you enter, the entire place is filled with the refreshing scent of fresh flowers, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. The service is outstanding staff go above and beyond to make every detail perfect. The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from Siam Paragon, making shopping and dining very convenient. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations, truly a five-star experience!
